Dilip Kumar Agarwal was born on 26.01.1964 in a very small village of undivided Bihar presently falls under the territory of Jharkhand. After beating all odds he completed his Graduation from Ranchi University. Then in the year 1988 he permanently moved to Rourkela and got himself enrolled in the Sambalpur University to obtain his Law Degree. While he was pursuing his Law course, simultaneously he got associated with Senior Advocate Mr. S.C. Agarwal as a junior and finally in the year 1992 his passion and dedication made him start with his own independent practice.
Since then he has been practicing law and representing clients before different judicial and quasi-judicial forums across the country in matters relating to Indirect Taxes. Apart from being in private practice he has also indulged himself in social service of various organisations and has held prestigious positions. He has also held the office of Vice-President of the Rourkela Tax Bar Association. Presently, he holds an enormous experience of more than 30 years.
Recently, with the introduction of his two sons into this noble profession who are practicing as Advocates before the High Courts and other judicial Forums and Tribunals, he now acts as the Managing Partner of his very own law firm under the name "Agarwal & Agarwal Law Chambers" with an aim to become one of the finest Law firms in Odisha providing pioneer legal solutions to its clients.
